Just make sure you are getting all your micronutrients too though (e.g your vitamins and minerals etc.) However, I suppose if this is working for you it's all good. Now your protein, there is a good amount of chicken in each container, but 60g worth of protein comes from about 250-300g chicken. ![]() Looks like you have some brown rice there, and 1/4 cup uncooked (1/2 cup cooked) is generally about 36g carbs, so if you have 1/2 cup of cooked rice in each container, that should be basically spot on. I think your carbs might be on the right track, but your protein and fats may not be at the numbers you think they are judging by these meals, in my opinion. ![]()
